We had a spacious junior suite for our family of three. The location was spot on. Special shoutout to Gregory at reception for being super helpful. The breakfast was packed with fresh pastries and cheese.

Big size and clean hotel, location was magnificent and absolutely perfect near to Opera and Louvre, Place de la Concorde and major sites, multiple bus/metro stations and restaurants/shopping. We had a bright guest room with a bath, the single's window and three single beds🙂

While the staff was nice, I can't help but mention the air conditioning didn't work, leaving me sweating buckets. My room was way too small, not at all like the glamorous images they advertised. I was hoping for a welcome gift but clearly being treated like royalty was too much to ask for.

Ian was the best part of my stay, he really made my time at the Hotel Opera enjoyable. I was very dissapointed with the origional 5th floor roo, . walk from 4th, and the shower so small my son did not fit in it, barely myself. The next day Ian was on the desk and moved me and the room was acceptable for sure. After the reservation starts you can not cancell, they said it was policy, so indeed check room before you start you stay. Location can not be beat for sure, very safe and visable. Busy enough that you feel very safe walking everywhere even lat at night. Breakfast was available on main floor for resonable cost. Saw the 3 beds and looked fine, and small single rooms when required.
was not large but certainly elevator fit 2 large bags and 2 people. Inviting reception area and plenty of services near-by for everything. Short cab from train station, and helpfull front desk for cab and shuttle services, and perfect English, no issues with communication.

I liked that it was walking distance to lots of shops and cafes.
The pictures online were a little deceiving, the room/building was older than I thought it looked (if you want modern this hotel is not it). Also we had trouble checking out as we had arlready paid in the first building but then stayed in the one around the corner...

The hotel was well kept and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was pleasantly decorated and clean. The hotel is centrally located close to the Opera and Metro. The evenings were quiet and it was nice to keep the window open at night.
